Josh Wood is the co-host of terrestrial metal radio show Megawatt Mayhem (Saturdays at 10pm MST) and hosts his own prog-fueled show entitled Attention Surplus Overdrive immediately after it on 90.9 CJSW (listen live or podcast at cjsw.com). In the late 90's Josh published his own board game entitled Metal Mental Meltdown and became king of the metal trivia world. Josh is also involved in Junofest, this year in Calgary, and lends his writing skills to the online webzine Metal Rules.
